This scares me...

What has the world come to

Heinz's Beanzawave is the world's smallest, portable microwave and powered by the USB port on a laptop computer. It stands just 7.4inches tall by 6.2in wide and 5.9in deep, currently is only a prototype. It costs around £100($160), so the cost of production could fall to the point where it becomes profitable to manufacture on a large scale.'The single serve microwavable Snap Pots allow people to quickly heat and eat. We are therefore delighted to be working with Gordon as the Beanzawave is the perfect partner to Heinz Snap Pots, allowing a nutritious snack to be whipped up anywhere in just 60 seconds.

Anti-Theft Mug

I don't work in an office so I have never encountered this problem but apparently mug theft is on a rise? LOL

The Plug Mug($19) is a mug with a hole in it which renders it completely useless without its plug to mug thieves. Just keep the plug safely stowed away from harm (on your key ring or in a vault) and you will find that no one is interested in stealing your mug anymore. Or you can tie the plug on a desk, if the plug is removed, the drink pours out!

Why didn't anyone think of this sooner!

I know plenty of people, including myself, who could benefit from this

"The Study Ball gadget($115) is a prison-style ball and chain that you can program to keep track of how much time you spend studying. Once you've selected the desired duration, you chain the ball to your ankle and the manacle won't come off until the schedule study time is up.
A red LED indicator displays the "Study Time Left" and keeps you informed as to how much longer you've got to keep studying. The ball and chain are made of highly durable steel and weighs a total of 9.5 kg / 20.95 pounds, which makes it difficult to move while wearing it. "
